1979 Message from Space (San Ku Kai) COMET FIRE PB-58 complete & unused Popinca
This is an awesome. 1979 Message from Space (San Ku Kai) COMET FIRE PB-58 starship. A super rare find from back the late 70’s, the Comet Fire PB-58 jetfighter combines plastic with die-cast (metal) and it is quite heavy for it’s size. It has a spectacular design and also an amazing play value, even though nowadays this is more suitable for collectors than for kids given the high prices it can be seen for… When and IF it is found! This is an amazingly well preserved box with super clean edges, amazing corners and rich, vivid colors. However, please notice that it has a small flaw in the front part of the box (picture number 1), wich probably happened when removing it’s original price tag. Other than that, I have uploaded quite a few pictures that show all the box sides so you can see in detail how incredibly well preserved this one is. This toy comes inside its original, mint and pristine-white styrofoam tray with it’s also amazingly well preserved and pristine-white styrofoam lid. This toy measures, approximately. Both the cockpit and the wings open and close hard (meaning like new), but p. Lease be warned that the spring mechanisms have not been tested, because the projectiles are sealed with staples on their original factory baggie. If you look very carefully at the 12 pictures provided, you may be able to notice (just may, because it is not easy to see at all) that both the rear thinner rods (right by the main booster) and the side lasers, wich are super delicate pieces, have lost a significant part of their chrome application.
